Cleanup Australia Day¦Walk and Barbecue

Venue: Mason’s Landing, Canning River Regional Park

Time: 4.00 – 5.00 pm Visit Woodloes Homestead and the Canning River.

5.00 pm Mason’s Landing: nature/rubbish walk around Mason’s Landing and the Liege Street Wetland

6.00pm for picnic (BBQ available) Mason’s Landing parking area is at the end of Liege St and BBQ area/toilets are on the left.

Details: Leige St: from Albany Hwy turn right at the third traffic light after Manning Road (between Carousel Shopping Centre and Cannington Dog Track).

Woodloes Homestead: This 1871 historic homestead is open until 5.00.pm (it has been upgraded and the opening date is stated as March 1). There is access to the river and park. Turn left off Liege St at Mariamup St and turn right into Woodloes St (These roads are not straight!). The Homestead is in a no through road.


Bring: Willingness to cleanup Australia and enjoy another river park; Food and drinks, plates, cups etc; chairs, binoculars, cameras; Note – rubbish bags, gloves provided
