Lake Goollelal Survey – NB postponed due to bad weather

23 June, 8:30 am-10:30 am

Sorry everyone but this has been postponed due to forecast bad weather! Contact the office or Mandy for new date (when known).

Meet: At the corner of Mooro St and Hocking Rd, Kingsley. Parking is available along Goollelal Drive.

This will be a joint Nats Club – Friends of Yellagonga excursion. Following up on the Young Nats’ camera survey for Rakali last year, we will be looking for evidence of Rakali and Quenda.  We will also be recording birds, insects, plants and other organisms and inspecting the revegetation work being done by the Friends of Yellagonga Regional Park and DBCA.  Images will also be available from the latest camera survey of the lake. Bring a thermos for some morning tea together.

Leaders:  Kevin McLeod (Friends of Yellagonga), Mandy & Mike Bamford

Contact/RSVP: To register, call the Naturalists’ Club office, 9228 2495, or email Mandy (see details box below)
