WA Raptors and how to identify them|NS Branch General Meeting

18 April, 7:30 pm-9:30 pm

Our topic is subject to BirdlifeWA’s nominated speaker being available so please check the Club website nearer the date in case we have to change to another bird-related topic. The raptor topic has been chosen because the chairman of the NSB is never sure which bird of prey he is looking at—plus the excitement among twitchers caused by the recent sightings of two Asian visitors to Lake Yellagonga: an Oriental Honey Buzzard and a Eurasian Hobby. See this link to newspaper article.

Members are reminded to bring specimens, observations, photos etc for everyone to learn and enjoy and please remember to wear your name tag.
