Member (AM) in the General Division of the Order of Australia
Ms Bridgit Mary Hussey
For significant service to conservation and land management practices in Western Australia through a range of government and volunteer roles.
Penny’s service includes being the Coordinator of Land for Wildlife, DPaW, 1997-2015; Coordinator, WA Save the Bush Program, 1991-1997; Executive Officer, Roadside Conservation Committee, CALM, 1986-1991; Chair, Helena River Catchment Group, since 2007; Member, Helena River Rehabilitation Project; Member, WA Naturalists’ Club, since 1970, including as President and Secretary. Member, Darling Range Branch, WA Naturalists’ Club, current and many other roles.

For service to conservation and the environment.
Kim’s service includes the Cockatoo Care Program, Western Australian Museum; Armadale Branch, Wildflower Society of WA; Founding Member, Bungendore Park Management Committee; Urban Bushland Council Western Australia.
