Following the winter rains WA wildflowers burst into bloom and transform the rugged golden outback landscape into a brightly coloured wonderland. The trip covers a diverse array of landscapes, from the farmlands of the Wheatbelt, to the gorges of Kalbarri National Park, to the northern sand plains around Eneabba, Badgingarra and Lesueur National Park.

We also visit old gold mining towns to discover their rich history as well as visit Lake Ballard.

The beautiful landscape is dominated by the twin peaks of Mount Gower and Mount Lidgbird, both of which tower above the central lowlands and the surrounding sea.
