DESCRIPTION:Whistle Pipe Gully \nMeet:          End of Lewis Road\, Forrestfield (car park can be very busy). \nDetails:       This walk is short\, 3.2 km\, and almost all incline (about 130 metres) – uphill on the way out and downhill on the way back. The surface is rocky and in parts slippery\, hard\, sandy\, lateritic\, uneven and so a bit skiddy especially on the way down. If there is water in the creeks this may also impact walking surfaces. This is a beautiful walk but is quite challenging in parts. \nBring lunch and drinking water. Lunch will be back at the cars. If you want\, bring chair/blanket and extra provisions. \nPlease be aware\, if the weather dictates\, the leader may choose to cancel or change the walk.
