Clean Up Australia – Ellis Brook Valley Reserve

Join us for a walk at Ellis Brook Valley, located on Rushton Road in the suburb of Martin, as part of our Clean Up Australia Day event. The site is recognised as one of the the richest wild flower locations in the Perth Metropolitan Area with over 500 species of wildflowers. Over 116 species of birds have been recorded at the site as well as kangaroos, echidnas, possums, bats and other native wildlife. There are four walk trails of varying degrees of difficulty, ranging from the ‘Easy Walk Trail’, to the more difficult ‘Sixty Foot Falls Trail’. Note this is a members only event.
Meet: At Honeyeater Hollow picnic area carpark (and toilet).
Bring: Gloves and bags to collect rubbish, camera, binoculars, food, water. Come prepared for the weather (slip-slap-slop). You will need enclosed walking shoes/boots.
