Meet: At the pergola at the northwest end of the lake (at the corner of Lake St. and Safety Bay Road, Peron).

Lake Richmond is an important ecosystem for water birds, frogs, Snake-necked Turtles, aquatic invertebrates and the thrombolites (a Threatened Ecological Community). Our walk will be along the Anne Mueller walk trail and should provide views of wetland birds, raptors, and insect life.

Bring: Binoculars, cameras, drinks, snacks. etc.
