NSB Golly Walk: Polyphagous Shot Hole Borer Field Trip
27 May, 10:30 am-12:00 pm

The Polyphagous Shot Hole Borer Response Team is now conducting field trips to increase awareness and build capacity in identifying and managing PSHB infestations. We will examine casuarina and melaleucas that have been infested at Lake Galup (prev. Lake Monger) along with non-natives such as London Plain Tree. This is an opportunity to see for yourself both the signs to look for and the damage that can eventuate.
We will also walk to the lookout in the lake to record birds.
Members of the NSB of the WA Wildflower Society have been invited to join us.
Meet at Galup Powis Street Carpark L27 (off Powis St, north side of lake not along Lake Monger Drive)
