Garvey Park, Ascot to Baigup Wetland, Bayswater and return.

Meet: at Walk Trail Sign behind the Swan Café near the car parks/play area. UBD (2022) Map: 250  L14  (at end of Fauntleroy Ave, Ascot)

Details: Easy walk, about 9.8kms return, mostly formed path, some bush tracks, a few gentle inclines. Bring plenty of water and morning tea to eat during the walk (or can be purchased from Oarhouse Café Bayswater where we will stop for morning tea).

We will have lunch back at Garvey Park.

Bring folding chair for lunch with the group in Garvey Park.  Please note the café at Garvey Park usually closes at 1:00pm.

Wear clothes appropriate to the weather and suitable footwear.

PS: Bird lovers, bring your binoculars as Baigup Wetland is known for a wide variety of birds.
