GOLLY WALK: YABEROO-BUDJARA HERITAGE TRAIL, NEERABUP

25 September, 8:00 am-10:00 am

Approx. 3km walk in the Neerabup National Park taking in the 10th Light Horse Heritage Trail and part of the Yaberoo- Budjara Heritage Trail. A different area to the one in the national park we walked last year.

The landscape features limestone caprock and a diverse plant life. Jarrah and tuart woodlands stand alongside open banksia, mallee, hakea and dryandra heathlands. Flowering plants in the park at this time of year include kangaroo paws, native buttercups and native wisteria. Should be orchids as we are a month later than last year.
