The KRMB anniversary breakfast was held at the Rockingham Golf Club. Numbers were a bit down on recent years due to several members being away on vacation. We were delighted to be joined by foundation members Ann and Otto Mueller plus Peter Wilmott and ?? It was good to catch up with them over breakfast and a cup of coffee. As is the tradition at this event our chairperson Chris Punter announced the recipient of the Naturalist of the Year trophy, which this year was awarded jointly to Bert and Ailsa Rabone. Congratulations to the worthy winners who unfortunately were away at the time; they will be presented with the trophy at the next meeting.
