The Council of the club wishes to advise members that Elva Letts has passed away suddenly on 25 December 2025 whilst enjoying Christmas lunch with family.

Elva was a primary school teacher who joined the Club in the 1970s, serving as a Council member and as the publications officer.

Our condolences to her family, and her friends within the Club. We understand there will be no funeral but a memorial gathering will be held (details unavailable, as yet).
