As is the tradition at this time of year, KRMB members held our annual get together to celebrate the anniversary of the founding of the branch. This year we met for breakfast at the Bodrum Bay Café in Safety Bay. A total of fourteen of us enjoyed a very tasty breakfasts. It was good to have Stan and Margaret Telford, Ann and Otto Mueller and Peter Wilmott join us on this occasion.

It is also the tradition at this event that we select the Naturalist of the Year. The winner this year is Lynette Goodale who was presented with the perpetual trophy, Bellamy’s Boots and her name will be added to those of previous winners that adorn the trophy. Well done Lynette you are a very worthy winner. It was a very enjoyable event and it was especially good to catch up with those friends that we do not see too often these days. Colin Prickett
