The KRMB 2024 AGM was held on Monday, 18th November 2024.

Chair Colin Prickett opened the meeting, listed apologies, and read the minutes of the 2023 AGM. Treasurer Norm Aitken then reported the financial details for the year. Colin then gave a brief rundown of the branch activities for the year. There was no change to the Committee for 2025.

After the AGM closed, the remainder of the meeting was open for members to share images of any sightings from recent months. Daniel Heald was the first to present, showing photos of insects taken during an evening at Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, where he had set up a light trap to attract nocturnal insects. These included Beetles, Moths, a Mantis Lacewing, Weevils, and a Crab Spider. He then showed some photos taken at Herdsman Lake during the Wildlife Show.

Colin Prickett then showed some photos of recent sightings, such as a Coprosma Hawk Moth (Hippotion scrofa), Peacock Jumping Spiders, orchids, a Mallee Grass Mantis and some weevils. He finished with some photos from the October excursion to Sullivan Rock.
