Darling Range Branch, 13 September 2026

The Darling Range Branch organised this walk, and Shelley Campbell led it. 15 people attended, a mix of members and guests.
The purpose was to look for orchids on the Woodlands Walk Trail .
This 2.6 km walk trail provided an array of orchids. Kangaroos (Macropus fuliginosus) and an Echidna (Tachyglossus aculeatus) were spotted in the area seeking shade during the heat of the day. Some attendees also saw a Tiger Snake (Notechis scutatus).
